Delivery
All Fiona Hutchinson Jewellery is sent out beautifully packaged by tracked special delivery or international service. We aim to dispatch in stock jewellery within 2 to 3 days of payment being received. If your order is out of stock, we will contact you within 48-hours with an estimated delivery time, which is typically 4-6 weeks from point of order. For bespoke jewels, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and preferred timescale.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email, together with details of how to track your parcel.
Delivery Costs
UK orders: £10 for Royal Mail Special Delivery
Overseas orders: £25 for Royal Mail International Service
What can I return/exchange?
We hope you’ll adore your Fiona Hutchinson handmade jewellery. But if you do wish to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
Ready-to-wear Jewellery:
Bracelets/Bangles
Pendants/Necklaces
Cuflinks
We love hearing from happy customers. But if something’s not right, we want to know, too. Just get in touch here , then simply return your purchase within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. You’ll have to pay postage costs, and the jewellery must be unaltered and in its original, re-saleable condition. We recommend using a tracked, insured service, such as Royal Mail’s Special Delivery, and do keep proof of posting!
Once we’ve received your return, we aim to process your refund or (stock permitting) your exchange within 5 working days.
Earrings
For personal hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned. Sorry!
Custom-made Rings:
Because they’re handmade to order, our rings can’t be exchanged or returned. That’s why knowing your correct ring size is so important. You can find out how to measure your ring size here . Alternatively, any High Street jeweller will be able to check it for you. Still not sure? Then contact us for advice. And remember, if you’re buying jewellery as a gift, we do vouchers, too!
We want your jewellery to feel fabulous. So, if your ring doesn’t fit because you’ve made a mistake, we’ll resize it for you . (Please note that rings featuring stones incur an additional charge for this service because of the extra work involved.)
Bespoke Jewellery:
Fiona Hutchinson bespoke jewels are one-of-a-kind pieces, custom made for you by hand. You’ll be very much part of the creative process and have the chance to make changes along the way. But because of their unique nature, finished designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
